Tasting

Its Pale Gold color releases scents of white flowers and fruits such as apple and quince on the nose. The mouth reveals a beautiful rich, aromatic and fatty matter.

Serving

This dry white is no less supple and pleasant, as well in Kir, for aperitifs, as with fish and seafood, as well as with salads and raw vegetables. Optimal serving temperature: between 8 and 10 ° C

Aging

Keep: 2 years, but if possible during the year to fully appreciate its freshness.
