Data collected and purposes

• Contact form: your name, e-mail address, telephone number and message, and your first name if you provide it. This data is used solely to answer your request and, where applicable, for any business relationship that may result.
• Newsletter subscription: your e-mail address, and your name and first name if you provide them, to send you news and offers from Pardon & Fils. Every newsletter contains an unsubscribe link.
• Online order: your name, first name, e-mail address, telephone number and delivery and billing addresses, to process, deliver and invoice your order.
• Audience measurement (Google Analytics): cookies and browsing data (IP address, pages viewed) for statistical purposes; see “Cookies and Session cookies” below.

This data is neither sold nor passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.

Legal basis
Processing of the contact form and newsletter data is based on your consent, given by ticking the box provided before sending (article 6.1.a of the General Data Protection Regulation). You may withdraw this consent at any time. Processing of orders is based on the performance of the sales contract (article 6.1.b) and on our legal obligations, in particular accounting obligations (article 6.1.c).

Recipients
The data is intended only for the people at Pardon & Fils in charge of your request or order. It passes through the site’s technical providers, bound by confidentiality: PMP CONCEPT (design, hosting and maintenance), the professional sending service SMTP2GO for e-mail delivery, Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) for the newsletter and, for orders, the carrier in charge of delivery and the bank’s secure payment provider (your card details are entered on the bank’s payment page and are never stored by the site). A copy of each message sent by the site is kept in a technical log accessible only to authorised persons.

Protection against automated submissions
The contact and newsletter forms are protected by Google’s reCAPTCHA service, which analyses some technical browsing data (IP address, behaviour on the page) to tell a human from a robot. This data is processed by Google under its own privacy policy and terms of service, and may be transferred outside the European Union. The content of contact form messages is also analysed automatically to filter out unsolicited advertising; a filtered message is not forwarded but remains in the technical log.

Retention period
Contact form data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request, then for at most three years from our last exchange. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Order data is kept for the duration of the business relationship; invoices and accounting records are kept for ten years, as required by law.

Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, the right to object to its processing and the right to withdraw your consent. To exercise them, write to contact@pardonetfils.com or by post to the address above, stating the purpose of your request. You will receive an answer within one month.

If, after contacting us, you consider that your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL): www.cnil.fr.

All rights, save as expressly granted, are reserved. Reproduction in any form of any part of the content of this website without prior written consent from the author is prohibited unless for personal use only. All brands, logos and content are registered. All use for commercial ends is prohibited.
