Terroir

The "Cote du py" climate is the most renowned of the Morgons
This exceptional vintage is made from the Gamay grape grown on soils made up of ancient decomposed volcanic rock and friable shale. Harvested by hand, this wine was aged for several months in the darkness of our cellars.

Winemaking

Selection of our most beautiful plots on the famous climate "Côte du Py".
Vinified in concrete vats.
Manual harvest at optimal maturity.
Semi-carbonic maceration for 9 days (whole bunches).
Alcoholic fermentation under temperature control.
Residual sugar < 1.5 gr. alcoholic degree: 13°.
