100% Gamay
Beaujolais Nouveau has arrived! The third Thursday of November each year celebrates Beaujolais Nouveau. This festive primeur wine deserves its own annual celebration. Fruity and unifying, this new wine offers delicious tastings at events celebrating the exceptional terroir of the Beaujolais region.
The Beaujolais Nouveau festival is undoubtedly a gastronomic event, but above all, a meeting between conviviality and friendship.
Hand-harvested at full ripeness in early September.
Short semi-carbonic maceration (whole bunches) for 2 to 3 days in stainless steel vats before pressing.
Pumping over during maceration (allows the juice to rise above the tank in contact with the grapes) every 12 hours to extract maximum flavor and give a boost to the alcoholic fermentation.
Temperature-controlled alcoholic fermentation.
Malolactic fermentation is done at 100%.
Bottled quickly before the third Thursday in November.
