Tasting

Eye : Intense ruby ​​color with purple highlights.
Nose: Expressive, this cuvée reveals aromas of small red fruits such as raspberry, cherry, blackcurrant, and blackberry.
Palate: Fresh and well balanced, this Grenache is round, elegant, and very fruity.

Serving

This round and supple wine can be enjoyed with appetizers or cheeses, and pairs wonderfully with charcuterie and white meats.
Optimal serving temperature: between 14 and 16 °C.

Aging

Drink young to appreciate his intense red fruits.
Aging potential: Up to 3 years.

Grape

90% Grenache Noir and 10% Syrah.

This vintage is dedicated in memory to the founder of our House in 1820, and is part of a triptych with white and rosé.
