Tasting

Eye: Brilliant golden color.
Nose: Expressive, with notes of white flowers and citrus.
Palate: Fresh and supple, with aromas of white peach, hawthorn, and lemon. The finish is long and pleasant.

Serving

Serve at 11-12°C, with starters, fish, shellfish, white meats (veal) and poultry in cream sauce.

Best to serve in the 2-3 years

Grape

100% Chardonnay

Terroir

The cru is made up of two north-south slopes. They are composed primarily of limestone. There is clay with "chailles" (sandstone pebbles) : exposed to the east and well-drained.
And also "cray," : a type of Mâconnais limestone soil with white stones. A superb terroir for Chardonnay.
Altitude: between 200 and 440 meters.

Winemaking

Harvesting is carried out mechanically over a period of around ten days. The harvested is crushed before pressed and the juice musts ferment for several weeks in temperature-controlled vats, after being enzymated and inoculated with selected yeasts.
