Dark ruby color. The nose develops aromas of black fruits (cassis, blueberries). On the palate it is fullbodied, fruity, and well balanced.

Terroir

1250 winemakers work on the Beaujolais-Villages, first name in France to have used the term "village". In 38 municipalities of the Rhone and Saone-et-Loire, and 3 marked the specific geographical areas, these wines are fruity and fleshy characters reflect on their land.

Winemaking

Hand picked grapes at full maturity in early September.
Semi-carbonic maceration 6 days (whole berries) in cement tanks before pressing.
Alcoholic fermentation temperatures under control.
Residual sugar <1 gr. ; Alcohol content : 12 °.
Malolactic fermentation done at 100%.
Aged in tank 3 to 4 months before bottling.
