Appearance: Pale pink, limpid and brilliant.
Nose: Expressive, developing floral notes and aromas of fresh fruit (red fruits, citrus).
Palate: Supple, fruity, with notes of raspberry and citrus. Fresh finish, full of finesse. Nice length.


Serving temperature: 11/12°C.
Pairing: Aperitif, grilled meats, salads, lasagna.


Tasting advice: Drink when young to appreciate its fruitiness and freshness.
Aging potential: To be enjoyed within 2 years.


100 % Gamay


Vines from our property in the village of Lantignié, at a place called l'Ermitage.
Soils: Deep granite and sand on the surface.
Age of the vines: from 8 to 40 years.


Manual harvest at full maturity of the grapes at the beginning of September.
Direct pressing with pneumatic press, very gently (<1.4 bars).
Fermentation at low temperature (15°c) for 15 to 20 days.
Storage in vats at 14°C before bottling.
