This delicately vintage has a purple robe with aromas of ripe red fruit and spices. The palate is quite powerful and fruity.
Serve cool enough at 14-16°, it goes well with poultry, cold meats and white meats.

This exceptional vintage comes from the Gamay grape cultivated with respect for the environment on particularly rich soils, composed of pink granite, marl and limestone blue stones. The harvest is done manually at optimal maturity.
